Wat ga je doen als HR Business Partner bij Handpicked? In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige HR-cyclus van Norday en Hear The Youth in Rotterdam. Je adviseert, coacht en ondersteunt de managementteams van deze bureaus op het gebied van talentontwikkeling, performance management, verzuimbegeleiding en organisatiecultuur. Je begrijpt wat er leeft op de werkvloer en vertaalt organisatiedoelstellingen moeiteloos naar een concreet en effectief HR-beleid. Naast je rol voor deze twee bureaus werk je nauw samen met je collega's in het centrale Handpicked HR-team. Samen professionaliseren en innoveren jullie de HR-dienstverlening voor de gehele groep, waarbij jullie slim gebruikmaken van AI en HR-analytics om data-gedreven beslissingen t e nemen. Je n eemt de regie over groepsbrede projecten - zoals het optimaliseren van de employee journey, vitaliteitsprogramma's of learning & development initiatieven - en zorgt voor een succesvolle landing hiervan binnen de bureaus. Dit maakt de functie tot een veelzijdige rol waarin je constant schakelt tussen lokaal relatiebeheer en groepsbrede professionalisering.
