HR Business Partner Plača: EUR 4,600 - EUR 7,000 / monthly Wasco en Rexel Nederland slaan de handen ineen om de energietransitie te versnellen. Samen groeien we naar één krachtige organisatie die klanten helpt met slimme en toekomstbestendige oplossingen in elektro- en installatietechniek. Bij Wasco werk je in een dynamische omgeving met volop ontwikkelmogelijkheden en lever je een directe bijdrage aan een duurzamer Nederland. Het betreft een rol voor één jaar, waarin je direct invloed kunt uitoefenen en een belangrijke bijdrage kunt leveren aan de verdere transformatie van de organisatie. In deze rol ben jij de vaste HR-partner voor onze Centrale Diensten in Zoetermeer. Je werkt nauw samen met managers en teamleiders binnen staf- en ondersteunende afdelingen en adviseert hen over alles wat te maken heeft met mensen, teams en organisatieontwikkeling. Je bent niet iemand die alleen vanaf afstand adviseert. Jij zoekt actief de verbinding op, weet wat er speelt binnen de organisatie en vertaalt dit naar advies dat past bij de praktijk én bij de koers van Rexel en Wasco. De ene dag begeleid je een verandertraject, de volgende dag coach je een manager in een complexe casus of denk je mee over talentontwikkeling, performance, D&I, digitalisering en AI. Je krijgt veel vrijheid om zelfstandig te werken, maar staat er niet alleen voor. Je wordt onderdeel van een professioneel HR-team waarin samenwerking centraal staat. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Strategisch en tactisch adviseren van managers over HR- en organisatievraagstukken. Denk hierbij aan verandertrajecten, adviseren over verzuim en het sparren over personeelsplanning; - Coachen en begeleiden van leidinggevenden bij performance, ontwikkeling en leiderschap; - Ondersteunen bij in-, door- en uitstroom van medewerkers; - Bijdragen aan HR-projecten die impact hebben op de verdere ontwikkeling van Rexel en Wasco; - Zorgen voor een consistente toepassing van HR-beleid binne...
