Dit is een rol waarin je met professionele begeleiding door kunt groeien in het HR vak. Als HR Business Partner heb je een brede en zelfstandige rol. Je bent het vaste HR-aanspreekpunt voor collega's en teamleads en combineert regulier HR-advies met operationele HR-taken. Je werkt hands-on, voelt goed aan wat past bij de cultuur van Gearbox en krijgt ruimte voor eigen inbreng. Het is onze ambitie om door te stappen naar de internationale wereldtop op gebied van innovatie in de Agri- en Foodsector. Daarin is jouw rol binnen Gearbox onmisbaar. Wat we doen bij Gearbox? Gearbox is dé partner voor intelligente automatisering in de tuinbouw. Met slimme robotica en AI leveren we oplossingen voor het beoordelen, sorteren en verwerken van groenten, fruit, bloemen & planten. We verlichten de druk in het dagelijkse proces, zodat telers, veredelaars en verpakkers kunnen groeien door niet alleen harder, maar vooral slimmer te werken. Onze oplossingen zijn digitale collega's voor de mensen, producten en processen die het verschil maken. Zo bouwen we samen aan een sector die blijft draaien: slim, betrouwbaar en toekomstbestendig. Sinds onze oprichting in 2016 zijn we hard gegroeid. We werken met drie bedrijven binnen de groep - Gearbox, Pliant Offshore en DVA - en hebben samen ongeveer 60 collega's in dienst.
