- In beeld - - Werken bij - Eigen kweek HR Business Partner M/V Flora Nova Hoveniers & Groenvoorzieningen BV is een landelijk opererend allround groenbedrijf met het hoofdkantoor in Ophemert en steunpunten in Heerlen, Zuidwolde en Zwaag. Met activiteiten op het gebied van ontwerp, aanleg en beheer van particulier en zakelijk groen, met daarnaast specialistische werkzaamheden op het gebied van daktuinen, interieurbeplantingen, hout-, staal- en betonconstructies en boomverzorging, wordt een compleet pakket aan diensten geleverd. Deze diensten worden landelijk gericht op een scala van grote en kleine opdrachtgevers en met een team van 250 medewerkers ten uitvoer gebracht. Wat ga je doen In deze functie krijg je een brede en zelfstandige rol binnen HR. De nadruk ligt op het ontwikkelen, implementeren en bewaken van HR-beleid en -regelingen. Je zorgt ervoor dat afspraken niet alleen goed op papier staan, maar ook binnen de organisatie worden begrepen, toegepast en nageleefd. Daarnaast houd je het overzicht, weet je waar nodig snel te schakelen en geef je leiding aan twee HR-collega's. Je houdt je daarnaast actief bezig met verzuim en duurzame inzetbaarheid en draagt bij aan de verdere professionalisering van HR binnen onze organisatie. Denk hierbij aan het verbeteren van processen, het werken met HR-data en het ontwikkelen van praktische rapportages en HR-KPI's. Je werkt nauw samen met MT en leidinggevenden. Je ondersteunt hen bij personele vraagstukken. We zoeken iemand met een goede HR-basis, die graag het voortouw en verantwoordelijkheid neemt. Iemand die het leuk vindt om beleid niet alleen te bedenken, maar het ook daadwerkelijk te implementeren, te borgen en ervoor te zorgen dat het in de dagelijkse praktijk werkt. Deze functie past daarom goed bij een HR-professional die toe is aan een tweede of derde stap in de HR-carrière en zich verder wil ontwikkelen naar een zelfstandige en allround HR-rol.
