Ben jij een ervaren HR Business Partner die moeiteloos schakelt tussen bestuur, organisatieontwikkeling en praktijk? En ben je in staat om strategische HR-vraagstukken te vertalen naar concrete resultaten? Dan hebben wij een mooie uitdaging voor je binnen de gemeente Zwijndrecht. Gemeente Zwijndrecht is een platte, informele en open organisatie waar samenwerking, vakmanschap en ontwikkeling centraal staan. Met circa 240 medewerkers werkt de gemeente dagelijks aan maatschappelijke opgaven die ertoe doen voor inwoners, ondernemers en bestuur. De lijnen zijn kort, de betrokkenheid is groot en er is veel ruimte om initiatief te nemen en impact te maken. Als HR Businesspartner ben je de strategische HR-sparringpartner van de gemeentesecretaris en concernmanagers. Je adviseert over complexe HR- en organisatievraagstukken die bijdragen aan de ambities en organisatieontwikkeling van de gemeente Zwijndrecht. Je beweegt je daarbij moeiteloos op het snijvlak van beleid, bestuur en HR. Je adviseert over organisatiebrede vraagstukken op het gebied van leiderschap, organisatieontwikkeling en strategische personeelsplanning. Daarbij leg je de verbinding tussen de ambities van de gemeente Zwijndrecht, regionale ontwikkelingen en de praktijk van de organisatie. Je signaleert kansen en ontwikkelingen die van invloed zijn op de organisatie en vertaalt deze naar concrete HR-oplossingen. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met management, leidinggevenden en HR-collega's om deze succesvol te realiseren en te verankeren. Je bent zichtbaar binnen de organisatie, zoekt actief de verbinding met leidinggevenden, HR-collega's en andere stakeholders en weet uiteenlopende belangen samen te brengen. - Lever je een inhoudelijke bijdrage aan de voorbereiding van bestuurlijke besluitvorming richting de portefeuillehouder P&O. - Vervul je de rol van adviseur van de WOR-bestuurder. - Vertegenwoordig je de gemeente Zwijndrecht binnen regionale P&O-overleggen en draag je ...
