Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer, het klankbord voor leidinggevenden tot en met het MT/directie en je helpt de organisatie elke dag een stap verder. Met een pragmatische werkwijze, transparante beslissingen en kwalitatief goede gesprekken zorg jij voor structuur en continuïteit in een omgeving die voortdurend in beweging is! In deze rol ben je het aanspreekpunt voor leidinggevenden en medewerkers en werk je nauw samen met de HR Manager . Jij brengt beleid en praktijk bij elkaar en weet draagvlak te creëren voor veranderingen. Wat je zoal doet: - Je treedt op als strategisch en operationeel HR Business Partner voor leidinggevenden en teams. - Je begeleidt vraagstukken rondom verzuim, functioneren en ontwikkeling, ook wanneer gesprekken complex zijn. - Je zorgt voor structuur in groei door middel van personeelsplanning en retentie. - Je adviseert over teamontwikkeling, samenwerking, cultuur en verandertrajecten. - Je werkt pragmatisch en onderbouwd, waarbij data helpt en de praktijk leidend is.
