Functieomschrijving Als HR Business Partner ben je een stevige gesprekspartner voor leidinggevenden en medewerkers binnen verschillende vestigingen van Zeppelin Equipment. Je schakelt makkelijk tussen dagelijkse HR-vraagstukken, tactisch advies en organisatieontwikkeling. Daarbij combineer je inhoudelijke kennis met procesmatig werken: je pakt concrete acties op, begeleidt individuele en teamvraagstukken en helpt verandering in beweging te brengen. Met jouw brede blik adviseer je (management)teams over HR-thema's die nu spelen én over wat de organisatie richting de toekomst nodig heeft. Je komt terecht in een organisatie die volop in ontwikkeling is. Niet alleen ontwikkelt de HR-functie zich continu verder, ook binnen Zeppelin vinden veranderingen plaats die vragen om een HR Business Partner die richting kan geven, draagvlak weet te creëren en mensen mee kan nemen in verandering. Vanuit standplaats Almere werk je nauw samen met collega's door heel Nederland en bezoek je regelmatig vestigingen door het land, zoals Beilen, Moerdijk en Valkenswaard. Je maakt onderdeel uit van een betrokken HR-team bestaande uit twee HR Business Partners, een Recruiter, een HR Operations Medewerker, een HR Data Specialist en een HR Manager. Samen zijn jullie verantwoordelijk voor het succesvol vormgeven en uitvoeren van de volledige HR-dienstverlening binnen Zeppelin Equipment Nederland. Jouw belangrijkste werkzaamheden zijn: - Adviseren en ondersteunen van leidinggevenden op het gebied van ontwikkeling, functioneren, verzuim, arbeidsrecht en andere people vraagstukken; - Begeleiden van organisatieveranderingen en bijdragen aan strategische HR-projecten en beleidso...
