Voor onze organisatie zoeken we een enthousiaste HR Business Partner die de dagelijkse HR-werking binnen Noord-Europa ondersteunt en een betrouwbare aanspreekpersoon vormt voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden.

Jouw functie

Als HR Business Partner zorg je voor een vlotte en correcte uitvoering van dagelijkse HR-processen. Je combineert administratieve nauwkeurigheid met een sterke aanwezigheid op de werkvloer en ondersteunt medewerkers en managers in verschillende HR-gerelateerde topics.

Je werkt nauw samen met lokale teams, externe partners en Group HR om een consistente en mensgerichte HR-aanpak te garanderen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Payroll & HR administratie

  • Voorbereiden en opvolgen van payroll in samenwerking met externe partners
  • Correct verwerken van HR-administratie zoals contracten, afwezigheden en personeelswijzigingen
  • Beheren en actualiseren van personeelsgegevens en HR-systemen
  • Zorgen voor een nauwkeurige en tijdige HR-administratie

Employee lifecycle

  • Coördineren van onboarding en integratie van nieuwe medewerkers
  • Ondersteunen van offboarding processen
  • Organiseren en opvolgen van personeelsgesprekken en evaluatiemomenten
  • Ondersteunen van managers bij HR-gerelateerde opvolging

Eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers

  • Fungeren als eerste contactpersoon voor HR-vragen
  • Ondersteunen van medewerkers in administratieve en praktische HR-topics
  • Zorgen voor een toegankelijke en zichtbare HR-aanwezigheid binnen de organisatie
  • Actief bijdragen aan een positieve employee experience

Internationale HR ondersteuning

  • Regelmatig aanwezig zijn op verschillende sites binnen Europa (o.a. België, Frankrijk en Duitsland)
  • Opbouwen van sterke relaties met lokale teams
  • Proactief signaleren en opvolgen van HR-gerelateerde noden en uitdagingen
  • Mee waken over een correcte toepassing van HR-processen en policies
  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding in HR, administratie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur enkele jaren ervaring binnen HR administratie of HR support
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en discreet
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en gemakkelijk aanspreekbaar
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en denkt oplossingsgericht
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om regelmatig te reizen tussen verschillende locaties
  • Kennis van Duits is een sterke troef
