In het licht van de aanhoudende groei van Kruidvat in België breiden we ons team uit. Als HR Business Partner ben je een stevige sparringpartner voor een deel van de leidinggevenden binnen zowel onze 318 winkels (en daar komen er elk jaar weer bij) als ons hoofdkantoor. Je opereert op operationeel, tactisch én strategisch niveau en vertaalt businessdoelstellingen naar doeltreffend HR‑beleid en -acties.

Je maakt deel uit van het Belgische HR Business Partner team (momenteel 3 HR BP's) en rapporteert aan de Head of HR België. In deze rol combineer je hands on business-ondersteuning met impactvolle HR-projecten.

In een gemiddelde week:

  • Ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt en strategisch adviseur voor leidinggevenden binnen jouw scope (winkels én hoofdkantoor).
  • Adviseer je over brede HR-thema's zoals leiderschap, talentontwikkeling, organisatieontwikkeling, verzuim, sociale relaties en verandermanagement.
  • Ondersteun en challenge je managers bij complexe HR-vraagstukken, steeds met oog voor de Belgische sociale en juridische context.
  • Werk je mee aan en trek je HR-projecten met impact op de volledige Belgische organisatie (bv. workforce planning, governance, L&D, cultuur en engagement).
  • Werk je samen met met verschillende Centres of Expertise (zoals Learning, Compensation & Benefits, ...) die op Benelux niveau georganiseerd zijn en vertaal je de input naar onze Belgische businesscontext.

Dit ben jij

  • Master- of bacheloropleiding (bv. HRM, psychologie, rechten of bedrijfskunde).
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring als HR Business Partner of in een vergelijkbare strategische HR-rol.
  • Grondige kennis van de Belgische arbeidswetgeving en ervaring binnen een complexe, liefst retail- of multisite-context.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk, maar ook pragmatisch en besluitvaardig.
  • Je bent tweetalig (Nederlands – Frans), communiceert vlot, bent organisatiesensitief en weet stakeholders op verschillende niveaus mee te nemen.
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar voelt je ook duidelijk thuis in een team van senior HR-professionals.
