Ben jij een ervaren HR-professional met kennis van de publieke sector? In deze functie begeleid je zowel arbeiders als bedienden en speel je een belangrijke rol in sociaal overleg, verzuimbeleid en payrollondersteuning. Je krijgt de kans om mee te bouwen aan een duurzaam HR-beleid binnen een organisatie met een maatschappelijke opdracht. Solliciteer als je impact wilt maken op mensen én organisatie.

Wij vragen

  • Meerdere jaren ervaring in een generalistische HR-functie.
  • Ervaring met loonadministratie en de voorbereiding van maandelijkse loonafsluitingen.
  • Kennis van sociale wetgeving en het regelgevend kader binnen de overheid.
  • Ervaring met sociaal overleg en samenwerking met syndicale partners.
  • Ervaring met werving en selectie en het begeleiden van de employee lifecycle.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, discreet en volgens vastgelegde procedures.
  • Je communiceert helder en diplomatisch met verschillende stakeholders.
