Ben jij een HR-professional met passie voor payroll, sociale wetgeving en mensgericht werken?

Wil jij een sleutelrol spelen binnen een warm familiebedrijf waar medewerkers centraal staan? Heb je ervaring met payroll en personeelsadministratie en krijg je energie van het ondersteunen van zowel medewerkers als leidinggevenden? Dan is deze uitdagende functie als HR Business Partner precies wat je zoekt.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Payroll & Personeelsadministratie

  • Als HR Business Partner zorg je voor een correcte en efficiënte personeelsadministratie.
  • Voorbereiden en opvolgen van de payroll.
  • Beheren van personeelsdossiers en sociale documenten.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van arbeidsovereenkomsten en HR-documenten.
  • Registreren en opvolgen van afwezigheden, verlofaanvragen en tijdsregistratie.
  • Zorgen voor een correcte administratieve verwerking van personeelsgegevens.

Expert Sociale Wetgeving

  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor sociaalrechtelijke vraagstukken en volgt wetgeving nauwgezet op.
  • Correct toepassen van sociale wetgeving.
  • Opvolgen van wijzigingen in arbeids- en sociale regelgeving.
  • Vertalen van wettelijke wijzigingen naar de organisatie.
  • Adviseren van medewerkers en leidinggevenden over HR- en sociaaljuridische vraagstukken.
  • Werken binnen verschillende paritaire comités.

HR Business Partner

  • Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen medewerkers, leidinggevenden en HR.
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt voor arbeiders, bedienden en leidinggevenden.
  • Ondersteunen van HR-processen gedurende de volledige employee journey.
  • Nauw samenwerken met je HR-collega en fungeren als back-up.
  • Actief meedenken over verbeteringen en optimalisaties van HR-processen.
  • Bijdragen aan een positieve en betrokken bedrijfscultuur.

Wij zoeken een enthousiaste HR-professional die zich herkent in het volgende profiel:

  • Bachelor in Human Resources, Personeelswerk of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Ervaring met payroll en personeelsadministratie.
  • Sterke kennis van sociale wetgeving en arbeidsrecht.
  • Ervaring met verschillende paritaire comités is een pluspunt.
  • Discreet en professioneel in het omgaan met vertrouwelijke informatie.
  • Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en administratief sterk.
  • Communicatief vaardig en sterk in het opbouwen van vertrouwensrelaties.
  • Teamspeler die graag kennis deelt en samenwerkt.
  • Proactieve en oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid.
