De functie inhoud Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden als HR Business Partner:

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor 3 sites in Henegouwen.
  • Als aanspreekpunt voor partners en scholen bouw je sterke relaties uit en onderhoud je een waardevol netwerk.
  • Nieuwe collega’s? Jij begeleidt hen met een vlekkeloze preboarding en onboarding, zodat ze zich meteen welkom voelen.
  • Ontwikkel diverse opleidingsplannen zodat iedere collega kan blijven groeien
  • Je luistert naar de vragen en noden van collega’s en biedt hen ondersteuning en oplossingen.

Onze klant Als toekomstig HR Business Partner werk je voor een internationale groep, gespecialiseerd in hoogwaardige bouwmaterialen waaronder gevelstenen, dakpannen en leidingsystemen.
