Dagelijks werken wij met betrokken collega's aan slimme en betrouwbare transport- en logistieke oplossingen. Groei, professionalisering en samenwerking staan centraal binnen onze organisatie. Jij als HR Business Partner Logistiek is dynamisch, snel en geen dag hetzelfde. Precies dát past bij jou. Als HR Business Partner ben jij zichtbaar op de werkvloer en het vaste HR-aanspreekpunt voor jouw business units en afdelingen. Je staat stevig in je schoenen en bent een inhoudelijke sparringpartner voor management en leidinggevenden. Je vertaalt HR-beleid moeiteloos naar de praktijk en draait je hand niet om voor complexe personeelsvraagstukken, waarbij je duidelijk en onderbouwd positie inneemt. Vanwege de omvang, dynamiek en groeiambities van HST Groep is dit een fulltime functie (40 uur per week). De breedte van de rol, de dagelijkse betrokkenheid bij verschillende bedrijfsonderdelen en de combinatie van operationele, tactische en strategische verantwoordelijkheden vragen om een HR Business Partner die zichtbaar aanwezig is en midden in de organisatie staat. Met jouw scherpe blik en pragmatische aanpak lever je een concrete bijdrage aan de verdere groei en professionalisering van HST Groep. Samen met je HR-collega's bouw je aan sterk HR-beleid en betere processen, met alle ruimte om écht impact te maken. Daarnaast voer je de regie op verzuimdossiers, samen met leidinggevenden en de bedrijfsarts volgens het Eigen Regie Model. Ook ben je verantwoordelijk voor de werving en selectie binnen jouw aandachtsgebied. Je werkt nauw samen met de HR Manager en krijgt steeds meer ruimte om mee te denken over de strategische koers van HR binnen HST Groep.
