En ja, je hebt minimaal een HBO diploma in HRM, bedrijfskunde of een vergelijkbare richting in de pocket. Wat jij verdient Jij zorgt goed voor anderen, wij zorgen goed voor jou. Zo vinden wij een goede balans in werk-privé heel belangrijk. Daarnaast verdien jij: - Een jaarcontract met de intentie dit daarna te verlengen naar een vast contract. - Een bruto salaris tussen € 3.622 en € 6.045 per maand (cao Gehandicaptenzorg, o.b.v. 36 uur per week per 1-11-2026). De functie is momenteel ingedeeld in FWG 55. Voor HR Business Partners geldt een aanvullende toelage in afwachting van de herbeschrijving van de functie. - 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering, 8% vakantiegeld en pensioenopbouw. - Flexibele arbeidsvoorwaarden . Je kunt een deel van je arbeidsvoorwaarden naar wens inzetten, bijvoorbeeld voor een laptop, sportabonnement, (lease)fiets of extra verlof (vraag naar de regelingen). - Alle ruimte om jezelfteontwikkelen met scholing en coaching via onze eigen Reinaerde Academy.
