Daarnaast krijg je vakantiegeld van 8,33% van je bruto jaarsalaris. Variabel inkomen op basis van collectieve prestaties, want samen bereiken we meer. 32 vakantiedagen (fulltime basis), waarvan je er 12 zelf invult via je benefitsbudget. Jij bepaalt of je ze opneemt of laat uitbetalen. Keuze uit een leaseregeling inclusief een NS-Business Card of een mobiliteitsvergoeding . Aanvullend kun je gebruikmaken van onze leasefietsregeling. In deze rol ondersteun je het Business Expertise Center in Utrecht en onze kantoren in Breda en Goes in Zuid-West Nederland. Je werkt samen met managers binnen een kennisintensieve omgeving, waar vakmanschap, ondernemerschap en samenwerking centraal staan. Je maakt onderdeel uit van een landelijk HR-team onder leiding van de Chief People Officer en werkt nauw samen met o.m. collega's van Recruitment, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, People Services en natuurlijk de andere HR Business Partners.
