Al jarenlang ontwikkelen en produceren ze kweek-, transport- en verpakkingssystemen voor de internationale tuinbouwsector. Daarmee behoren ze tot de pioniers van circulaire productie. Wat voor anderen afval is, vormt voor hen het begin van een nieuw product. Vanuit de productielocaties verwerken ze gerecyclede materialen tot hoogwaardige oplossingen die wereldwijd worden gebruikt binnen de tuinbouwketen. Zo combineren ze duurzaamheid, innovatie en productie in de praktijk. Functieomschrijving HR Business Partner Bij Modiform krijg je de kans om meer te doen dan adviseren alleen. Je werkt samen met leidinggevenden, plantmanagers en het management aan vraagstukken die direct invloed hebben op mensen, teams en resultaten. Modiform bevindt zich in een fase waarin ze organisatie breed inzetten op professionalisering. Leiderschap, eigenaarschap, samenwerking en duidelijke processen krijgen daarin steeds meer aandacht. Als HR Business Partner speel jij een belangrijke rol in die ontwikkeling. Je helpt leidinggevenden verder in hun rol en brengt structuur waar nodig. Je beweegt gemakkelijk tussen operationeel, tactisch en strategisch niveau. Het zwaartepunt van de functie ligt op tactisch HR advies. Daarnaast denk je mee over organisatieontwikkeling en de lange termijn koers van Modiform. Tegelijkertijd sta je dicht op de werkvloer, signaleer je wat er speelt binnen de organisatie en zorg je dat HR oplossingen daadwerkelijk landen op de werkvloer. Je vormt samen met een andere HR Business Partner, een HR Medewerker en de People & Culture Manager het HR-team van Modiform. Wat ga je doen? - Adviseren van leidinggevenden, plantmanagers en MT over HR-vraagstukken. - Begeleiden van verzuim, performancevraagstukken en personeelsdossiers. - Ondersteunen van managers bij leiderschap, teamontwikkeling en verandering...
