Voor een Belgische organisatie met familiaal karakter en een sterk groeiverhaal gaat Robert Half op zoek naar een HR Business Partner (M/V/X) voor de vestiging in regio Nevele. Je komt terecht in een open, no-nonsense omgeving met korte lijnen en veel betrokkenheid. Functieomschrijving

Als HR Business Partner (M/V/X) voor de regio Nevele neem je een sleutelrol op binnen de ondersteuning van de operationele en logistieke activiteiten. Je bent een volwaardige sparringpartner voor leidinggevenden en management en begeleidt hen in een brede waaier aan HR-thema's. Daarbij ligt de nadruk op een populatie van arbeiders en leidinggevenden in een operationele context, wat vraagt om een sterke aanwezigheid op het terrein, voeling met de realiteit van de business en een pragmatische aanpak.

Je adviseert rond functioneren, ontwikkeling, samenwerking, leiderschap, change en complexe personeelsdossiers. Je ondersteunt leidinggevenden in gesprekken met medewerkers, biedt coaching waar nodig en helpt hen groeien in hun rol als people manager. Daarnaast detecteer je noden in de organisatie en vertaal je die naar concrete HR-acties en verbeterinitiatieven. Je volgt verandertrajecten mee op, denkt mee over talentontwikkeling en succession planning en werkt actief mee aan HR-projecten zoals evaluatiebeleid, processen, arbeidsreglementering, nieuwe HR-tools of bredere optimalisatietrajecten.

In deze functie combineer je dus een stevige operationele aanwezigheid met een tactische en projectmatige insteek. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen het HR-team en rapporteert aan de verantwoordelijke van het HR BP-team.

Profiel

Voor deze rol zoeken we een senior HR-professional met een hogere opleiding en minstens vijf jaar relevante ervaring als HR Business Partner, idealiter binnen een productie-, operations- of logistieke omgeving met een arbeiderspopulatie. Ervaring in een context met veel operationele dynamiek en contact met leidinggevenden op verschillende niveaus is essentieel.

Je voelt je comfortabel in een omgeving waar je zowel adviserend als coachend optreedt en waar je voldoende maturiteit meebrengt om complexe situaties genuanceerd en doordacht aan te pakken. Je bent empathisch en toegankelijk, maar staat tegelijk stevig in je schoenen en durft zaken bespreekbaar te maken. Je schakelt vlot tussen mensgerichte begeleiding, analytische inzichten en projectmatig werken. Verder ben je communicatief sterk, tactvol en verbindend, en weet je vertrouwen op te bouwen bij uiteenlopende stakeholders.

Je werkt graag in een hands-on omgeving zonder overbodige hiërarchie en voelt je thuis in een cultuur waar ondernemerschap, openheid en samenwerking centraal staan. Naast het Nederlands kan je je ook goed behelpen in het Engels; kennis van het Frans is mooi meegenomen.
