Als HR Business Partner ben je het aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden en houd je je bezig met verschillende onderdelen van personeelszaken. Van recruitment en verzuim tot HR-administratie: jij zorgt dat zaken goed geregeld zijn en houdt overzicht. Samen met een ervaren HR-manager werk je daarnaast aan verschillende HR-projecten en de verdere ontwikkeling van de afdeling. Over dit bedrijf Je gaat aan de slag bij een Zeeuws familiebedrijf dat actief is in de verwerking van vis en maaltijdcomponenten. De organisatie heeft een nuchtere cultuur, korte lijnen en een informele manier van werken. Door de pensionering van een aantal ervaren medewerkers is er aandacht voor het behouden van kennis en het aantrekken van nieuwe collega's. Je komt terecht bij een financieel stabiele organisatie waar ruimte is om HR verder te ontwikkelen. Functieomschrijving Als HR Business Partner ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden bij vragen over personeelszaken. Je zorgt voor een goede administratie, begeleidt verschillende HR-processen en denkt mee over onderwerpen die binnen de organisatie spelen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Oppakken en begeleiden van het recruitmentproces . - Begeleiden van medewerkers en leidinggevenden bij verzuimtrajecten . - Verzorgen en bijhouden van de HR-administratie. - Beantwoorden van vragen van medewerkers en leidinggevenden. - Meedenken over personeelsplanning en het behoud van medewerkers. - Ondersteunen bij verschillende HR-projecten. - Samenwerken met de HR-manager aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het HR-beleid. - Signaleren van zaken die aandacht nodig hebben en hier zelfstandig mee aan de slag gaan.
