Wij zijn voor onze opdrachtgever op zoek naar een HR business partner! Als HR business partner ben je het aanspreekpunt voor leidinggevenden en medewerkers op het gebied van HR. Wat ga je doen als HR business partner? - Adviseren en ondersteunen van leidinggevenden bij verschillende HR- en personeelsvraagstukken; - Begeleiden en coördineren van HR-processen rondom recruitment, onboarding, functioneren, arbeidsvoorwaarden, verzuim en uitstroom; - Meedenken binnen het managementteam over organisatieontwikkeling, cultuur, leiderschap en de ontwikkeling van teams; - Coachen van leidinggevenden en medewerkers en geven van praktisch advies bij verschillende situaties op de werkvloer; - Uitvoeren van HR-projecten en samen met HR-collega's werken aan het verbeteren van HR-processen en systemen. Waarom zoeken we jou? - Je hebt een hbo- of wo-opleiding afgerond, bij voorkeur in HRM, Bedrijfskunde, Psychologie of een vergelijkbare richting; - Met ervaring als HR-professional of HR Business Partner weet je hoe je medewerkers en leidinggevenden goed ondersteunt; - Door jouw kennis van HR-processen ben je bekend met onder andere recruitment, onboarding, functioneren, arbeidsvoorwaarden en verzuim; - Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring binnen een productiebedrijf, industriële organisatie of een andere operationele werkomgeving; - Met goede communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel het Nederlands als Engels kun je makkelijk schakelen met verschillende mensen.
