In deze rol krijg je de ruimte om mee te denken op strategisch niveau en ideeën te vertalen naar concrete oplossingen. Als HR Business Partner ben je een volwaardige gesprekspartner voor management en leidinggevenden. Je combineert scherpe analyses met een pragmatische aanpak en zorgt ervoor dat HR-oplossingen resultaat opleveren in de praktijk. Dit ga je doen Geen dag is hetzelfde: als HR Business Partner schakel je tussen advies, HR-projecten en vraagstukken die spelen binnen Ergon. - Je leidt HR-projecten van idee tot resultaat. Je stelt plannen op, creëert draagvlak en zorgt ervoor dat doelen binnen planning en budget worden gerealiseerd. Denk aan de implementatie van nieuwe HR-instrumenten of het optimaliseren van processen. - Je adviseert managers over personeelsvraagstukken, organisatieontwikkeling en verandertrajecten. Daarbij vertaal je beleid naar praktische oplossingen. - Je begeleidt complexe HR- casussen rondom functioneren, duurzame inzetbaarheid, verzuim en arbeidsrelaties. - Je coacht leidinggevenden in hun rol en ondersteunt hen bij het maken van goede personeelsbeslissingen. - Je ondersteunt bij de werving en selectie van staf- en kaderfuncties en denkt mee over de beste match voor de organisatie, zowel op basis van competenties als cultuur. - Je zorgt voor heldere HR-processen, actuele informatie en betrouwbare rapportages. Dit ben jij Je bent een HR Business partner die gemakkelijk schakelt tussen strategie en uitvoering.
