DAS ERWARTET DICH:

* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung zentraler HR-Prozesse und -Standards

* Sparringpartner/in für Geschäftsführung und Führungskräfte in personalrelevanten, arbeits-rechtlichen und organisatorischen Fragestellungen

* Organisation und Begleitung von Recruiting- und Besetzungsprozessen

* Weiterentwicklung von Onboarding-, Offboarding- und HR-Instrumenten

* Unterstützung bei Zeitwirtschaft sowie vorbereitenden Prozessen für die Personalverrechnung

* Koordination von Aus- und Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen

* Unterstützung bei der Planung und Aufbereitung von Personal- und Weiterbildungsbudgets

* Mitwirkung an organisationsbezogenen Projekten sowie HR nahen IKS- und Dokumentations- themen

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im HR-Bereich oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in arbeitsrechtlichen und personalwirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen

* Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften

* Freude daran, operative Themen verlässlich umzusetzen und gleichzeitig Strukturen weiterzuentwickeln

* Selbständige, strukturierte und diskrete Arbeitsweise

* Professionelles Auftreten, Beratungskompetenz und ein gutes Gespür für unterschiedliche Ansprechpartner

* Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse und Offenheit für digitale Tools und Prozesse
