Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir 1 HR Business Partner_in Ausmaß: Vollzeit - Arbeitsort: Standort Steinhaus - Anstellung bei: Kremsmüller - Eintritt: ab sofort

Deine Aufgaben

* Sparring-Partner für Führungskräfte in sämtlichen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen

* Begleitung des gesamten Recruiting- und Onboarding-Prozesses von Eigen- sowie Fremdpersonal - vom ersten Gespräch bis zum erfolgreichen Start neuer KollegInnen

* Mitwirkung bei der Digitalisierung von HR-Prozessen sowie an der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung moderner HR-Lösungen

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung arbeitsrechtlicher und unternehmensspezifischer Richtlinien

* Eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung sämtlicher personaladministrativer Prozesse entlang des Employee Life Cycle vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt

Unsere Anforderungen

* Mindestens drei bis fünf Jahre Erfahrung als HR Business Partner

* Abgeschlossene kfm. Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Personal, Wirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Idealerweise Praxiskenntnisse in der Arbeitskräfteüberlassung

* Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Sozialversicherungs- und Lohnsteuerrecht

* Ausgeprägte Beratungskompetenz, Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartner:Innen

* Hohe Serviceorientierung, Teamgeist sowie die Fähigkeit, pragmatische Lösungen zu entwickeln

Für diese Position ist ein Jahresbruttogehalt von mindestens 56.000,00 Euro vorgesehen. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung ist je nach Ausbildung, Qualifikation und Erfahrung natürlich gegeben.
