Wir suchen ab sofort eine Spezialist:in für Recruiting und Employer Branding in Vollzeit für den Bereich Human Resources. In dieser generalistischen Position sind Sie erste HR-Ansprech- und Sparringpartner:in für unsere Führungskräfte in allen HR-relevanten Themenstellungen mit besonderem Schwerpunkt auf Recruiting, Employer Branding, Praktikant:innen sowie Talent- und Karrieremanagement. 1 HR Business Partner:in Recruiting & Employer Branding (m/w/d) Ihre Tasks

* HR Business Partner:in für die eigenen Zuständigkeitsbereiche

* Aktive Steuerung der Recruiting-Prozesse von der Bedarfserhebung über das Sourcing in den spezifischen Kommunikationskanälen (online/offline), der Interviewführung und Vertragserstellung bis zum erfolgreichen Onboarding

* Zentrale Ansprechpartner:in für den professionellen Arbeitgebermarkenauftritt

* Konzeption und Durchführung gezielter Employer Branding Aktivitäten, sowohl intern als auch extern (u.a. Veranstaltungen, Social-Media-Projekte, Workshops, Website)

* Erste Anlaufstelle für alle Themen rund um Praktika sowie diverse HR-Projekte

Ihr Background

* Abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt HR/Personalmanagement

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Recruiting und Employer Branding

* Gute Kenntnisse im österreichischen Arbeitsrecht

* Hohe digitale Kompetenz mit IT-Tools (MS Office 365) sowie im Umgang mit Social Media (v.a. Facebook, Instagram und LinkedIn)

* Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Hohe Team- und Serviceorientierung

* Selbstständigkeit, Flexibilität und Kommunikationsstärke

* Empathie und hohes Maß an Vertraulichkeit
