Als wereldwijde speler in roestvast staal combineren we een internationale werkomgeving met een sterke lokale organisatie in Westdorpe. Samenwerking, ontwikkeling en continu verbeteren staan hierbij centraal. Voor onze locatie in Westdorpe zijn wij op zoek naar een energieke en proactieve HR Business Partner die graag meedenkt, initiatief neemt en samen met de organisatie verder wil bouwen aan de toekomst van HR. Wat ga je doen? Als HR Business Partner ben je een belangrijke sparringpartner voor zowel het management als medewerkers. Je vertaalt de HR-strategie naar de dagelijkse praktijk en ondersteunt leidinggevenden bij uiteenlopende HR- en organisatievraagstukken. Je helpt teams om effectief samen te werken, ondersteunt managers in hun ontwikkeling als leidinggevende en denkt actief mee over wat onze organisatie nodig heeft om klaar te zijn voor de toekomst. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Implementeren van HR-beleid en continu verbeteren van HR-processen; - Adviseren, ondersteunen en coachen van leidinggevenden bij dagelijkse personeels- en organisatievraagstukken; - Talentontwikkeling en opvolgingsplanning; - Overleg met de Ondernemingsraad en bijdragen aan constructieve arbeidsverhoudingen; - HR-vraagstukken rondom onder andere beloning, verzuim, functiehuizen en leiderschapsontwikkeling; - Actief bijdragen aan de verdere HR-transformatie binnen Outokumpu, waaronder ontwikkelingen op het gebied van AI en digitalisering; - Samenwerken met HR-col...
