Onze logistieke operatie is de motor achter dit succes. Vanuit drie gespecialiseerde distributiecentra verzorgen we de volledige goederenstroom: van dagelijkse winkelbevoorrading tot de afhandeling van onze e-commerce orders. Een dynamische omgeving waarin dagelijks grote volumes kleding worden verwerkt en waarin geen dag hetzelfde is. Wat ga je doen? Als HR Business Partner Logistiek zorg je dat HR goed aansluit bij de dagelijkse praktijk op onze logistieke werkvloer. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de HR-begeleiding van onze drie distributiecentra en bent een stevige sparringpartner voor het logistiek management, de shiftmanagers en teamleiders. Je weet wat er speelt, ziet waar kansen liggen en vertaalt HR-vraagstukken naar praktische oplossingen. De logistieke wereld staat nooit stil. Seizoenpieken, shiftstructuren en snelle goederenstromen vragen om een wendbare, doortastende en mensgerichte HR-aanpak. Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer en staat met beide benen in de operatie. Je: - Adviseert en coacht logistiek management, shiftmanagers en teamleiders op het gebied van leiderschap, teambuilding, organisatiewijzigingen en effectieve communicatie; - Bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer en weet wat er leeft binnen de verschillende teams en distributiecentra; - Denkt samen met het management continu mee over de optimale inrichting van de organisatie, zodat zowel rustige periodes als extreme pieken goed kunnen worden opgevangen; - Werkt nauw samen met onze Verzuimmanager, die inhoudelijk expert is op het gebied van verzuim, re-integratie en de Wet verbetering poort...
