The posting

Als HR Business Partner ben je de HR-partner voor een 15-tal binnen regio West, verspreid van Gent tot Oudenburg. Je werkt nauw samen met directeurs en kernteams en ondersteunt hen bij uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken.

Je bent daarbij niet degene die alles van hen overneemt. Je rol is vooral coachend en adviserend: je helpt leidinggevenden om sterker te worden in hun HR-verantwoordelijkheden. Voordoen, samen doen en uiteindelijk zelfstandig laten doen – dat is waar jouw aanpak om draait.

Concreet betekent dit dat je:

  • directeurs en kernteams ondersteunt en coacht bij HR-vraagstukken;
  • moeilijke gesprekken begeleidt rond onder andere verzuim, samenwerking en conflicten;
  • als neutrale bemiddelaar optreedt wanneer situaties dreigen vast te lopen;
  • leidinggevenden coacht zodat zij steeds sterker worden in het zelfstandig voeren van HR-gesprekken;
  • HR-beleid mee vertaalt naar de dagelijkse praktijk binnen de voorzieningen;
  • presentaties en infosessies geeft, bijvoorbeeld rond het verzuimbeleid;
  • praktisch ondersteunend HR-materiaal ontwikkelt, zoals presentaties en one-pagers;
  • regelmatig aanwezig bent in de verschillende voorzieningen binnen jouw regio.

Voor de rol van HR Business Partner zijn we op zoek naar een communicatief sterke en ervaren HR-professional die stevig in zijn of haar schoenen staat en zich vlot kan aanpassen aan verschillende werkomgevingen en gesprekspartners. Je werkt proactief, denkt vooruit en weet met jouw analytische blik en overtuigingskracht leidinggevenden op een coachende manier te ondersteunen en adviseren.

Je legt gemakkelijk contact, wacht niet af en bouwt actief aan sterke relaties met de directeurs en kernteams binnen jouw regio. Ook in complexere situaties, zoals conflicten, verzuim- of samenwerkingsgesprekken, weet je rust te bewaren en op een professionele en verbindende manier op te treden.

Verder vragen wij:

  • een masterdiploma in HRM, bedrijfskunde of een vergelijkbare richting, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
  • minimaal 5 tot 7 jaar relevante ervaring in een HR-adviserende rol;
  • ervaring met soft HR-thema's en het coachen en begeleiden van leidinggevenden bij de implementatie van HR-beleid;
  • ervaring met het voeren en begeleiden van moeilijke gesprekken, zoals verzuim-, conflict- en samenwerkingsgesprekken;
  • kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving binnen HR;
  • sterke communicatieve, coachende en analytische vaardigheden;
  • een proactieve en zelfstandige werkhouding;
  • voldoende veerkracht en maturiteit om met verschillende directeurs, teams en organisatieculturen om te gaan.
