Der HR Business Partner unterstützt die Geschäftsbereiche von BRP-Rotax mit Schwerpunkt Operations/Produktion und fungiert als vertrauenswürdiger Ansprechpartner für Führungskräfte zu Personalplanung, Talentmanagement, Mitarbeiterbeziehungen, Arbeitsrecht und Compliance.

Hauptaufgaben

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktions- und Operations-Führungskräften.

* Beratung der Führungskräfte in HR-Themen des Tagesgeschäfts.

* Analyse von HR-Kennzahlen und Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen.

* Bearbeitung komplexer Mitarbeiter- und Konfliktfälle.

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung arbeitsrechtlicher Vorgaben und interner Richtlinien.

* Unterstützung im Performance Management sowie bei Feedback- und Entwicklungsgesprächen.

* Förderung eines positiven Betriebsklimas gemeinsam mit Management, Betriebsrat und Mitarbeitenden.

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich HR, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar.

* Spezialisierung im Arbeitsrecht von Vorteil.

* Mindestens 7 Jahre Erfahrung als HR Business Partner in einem komplexen Umfeld.

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in Vergütung, Organisationsentwicklung, Employee Relations und Arbeitsrecht.
