Je komt terecht in een dynamische en groeiende logistieke omgeving waar je als HR business partner/ payroll expert een belangrijke rol speelt binnen het HR-beleid.

Jouw taken:

Als HR Business Partner

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor HR-vragen en bent regelmatig aanwezig op de werkvloer.
  • Je ondersteunt en coacht medewerkers en leidinggevenden bij verschillende HR-gerelateerde topics.
  • Je werkt mee aan rekrutering en selectie, onboarding en het opvolgen van medewerkers.
  • Je begeleidt evolutie- en performantiegesprekken en ondersteunt medewerkers in hun ontwikkeling.
  • Je denkt mee na over optimale werkplanningen en het persoonlijk functioneren van medewerkers.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met externe partners zoals interimkantoren en opleidingsinstituten.
  • Je draagt bij aan de implementatie en het beheer van bestaande HR-processen en procedures.
  • Vanuit jouw ervaring signaleer je verbeterpunten en denk je actief mee over procesoptimalisaties.

Als Payroll Expert

  • Je staat zelfstandig in voor een correcte payroll en personeelsadministratie van zowel arbeiders als bedienden.
  • Je beheert en verwerkt werknemersgegevens en volgt de tijdsregistratie nauwgezet op.
  • Je bereidt de lonen voor in samenwerking met het sociaal secretariaat.
  • Je verwerkt sociale documenten en zorgt ervoor dat de administratie steeds correct en up-to-date is.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en management bij vragen over loon, payroll, personeelsadministratie en sociale wetgeving.
  • Je verzorgt verschillende HR- en payrollrapporteringen, zoals loonkosten en anciënniteit.
  • Je staat mee in voor de administratie rond opleidingen en trainingen.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring als HR business partner en kennis van payroll.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van sociale wetgeving en loonadministratie.
  • Je communiceert vlot en assertief in Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office.
  • Kennis van e-Blox en tijdsregistratiesystemen is mooi meegenomen.
