Vos responsabilités

  • Conseiller et soutenir les responsables dans les questions liées aux RH (par ex. conduite d’entretiens, onboarding, gestion de l’absentéisme, développement des équipes, promotion d’une culture de travail positive au sein des sites, leadership, …)
  • Servir de lien entre les experts RH des services centraux (paie, learning & development, recrutement, case manager absentéisme, …) et les directions locales
  • .Participer aux réunions régionales et définir les priorités en coordination avec le/la Directeur·trice Régional·e Opérationnel·le et la HR Development Manager
  • Soutenir la mise en oeuvre et l’application des directives RH et les traduire en actions concrètes sur le terrain.
  • Coacher et former les directions locales et chefs de service sur les processus et outils RH
  • Servir de point de contact de second niveau pour les collaborateurs ayant des questions, problèmes ou demandes RH nécessitant un soutien supplémentaire
  • Suivre et analyser les indicateurs clés RH (KPI) et élaborer et suivre des plans d’action au sein des sites attribués
  • Identifier les défis RH et soutenir les tâches RH locales en étroite collaboration avec le/la Directeur·trice Régional·e Opérationnel·le
  • Suivre activement les tendances et évolutions en matière de RH
  • Un master en RH, en gestion d’entreprise ou dans une discipline similaire, ou une expérience équivalente.
  • Au moins 5 à 7 ans d’expérience dans un rôle de conseil RH, de préférence en tant que HR Business Partner, dans un environnement multi-sites et avec de l’expérience dans des projets de changement.
  • Expérience avec les thématiques RH « soft » et accompagnement des managers dans la mise en oeuvre de la politique RH
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en analyse : vous savez traduire des enjeux RH complexes en actions concrètes
  • Connaissance de la législation et réglementation RH pertinente
  • Esprit positif et orienté solution avec une approche pratique et opérationnelle
  • Capacité à vous adapter facilement à des environnements de travail variés
  • Flexibilité et disponibilité pour des déplacements réguliers au sein de la région
