Functiebeschrijving Onderstaande werkzaamheden behoren tot de opdracht: - HR businesspartner van gemeentesecretaris en enkele teamleiders, griffie en college op het gebied van HR-zaken en casuïstiek - ondersteunen WOR-bestuurder: voorbereiden OR- en LO-vergaderingen, schrijven advies- en instemmingsaanvragen schrijven informatieve stukken / procesbrieven - sparringspartner voor HR businesspartners op gebied van HR-zaken; met name arbeidsrechtelijke vraagstukken - sparringspartner voor medewerkers van de personeels- en salarisadministratie op diverse HR-zaken waaronder arbeidsrechtelijke vragen - bewaken en regie voeren op onderdelen van het jaarplan team HR & Communicatie, waaronder verandervraagstukken - adviseren bij reorganisatievraagstukken, organisatieontwikkeling, leiderschapstrajecten - bijdragen aan professionaliseren HR; o.a. positionering HR, bijdragen aan verbeteren processen, actualiseren van huidig of opstellen van nieuw beleid, zoals de wet loontranspar...
