Voor onze HR-afdeling zoeken wij een HR Businesspartner Verzuim & Vitaliteit die binnen PROFI-SEC de specialistische verantwoordelijkheid krijgt voor verzuim, re-integratie, duurzame inzetbaarheid en vitaliteit. Wat ga je doen? In deze functie ben jij dé specialist binnen PROFI-SEC op het gebied van verzuim en duurzame inzetbaarheid. Je combineert inhoudelijke expertise met een praktische aanpak en zorgt ervoor dat beleid niet alleen op papier staat, maar ook goed wordt uitgevoerd. Je adviseert directie, HR, management en leidinggevenden over uiteenlopende vraagstukken rondom verzuim en re-integratie. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar individuele dossiers, maar ook naar de bredere organisatie: waar ontstaan risico's, welke trends zien we en wat kunnen we doen om verzuim structureel te voorkomen? Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het ontwikkelen, actualiseren en verbeteren van beleid, protocollen en processen rondom verzuim, re-integratie, duurzame inzetbaarheid en vitaliteit. - Het adviseren en coachen van leidinggevenden bij verzuim- en re-integratievraagstukken. - Het bewaken van de juiste uitvoering van de Wet verbetering poortwachter en andere relevante wet- en regelgeving. - Het voeren van specialistische regie over re-integratiedossiers vanaf het vastgestelde overdrachtsmoment. - Het bewaken van wettelijke termijnen, acties en afs...
