Heb jij een duidelijke visie op verzuim en weet je deze te vertalen naar concrete acties en beleid? Wil jij niet alleen medewerkers en leidinggevenden begeleiden bij verzuim, maar ook bijdragen aan het voorkómen ervan? Dan ben jij wellicht de nieuwe collega van verzuimspecialist Saskia! Dit ga je doen De Spuigroep is op zoek naar een ervaren HR Casemanager Verzuim die met kennis van zaken, een menselijke aanpak en een duidelijke visie op verzuim bijdraagt aan duurzame inzetbaarheid. Je bent de verbindende factor tussen medewerker, leidinggevende, HR en externe partijen. Je zorgt ervoor dat verzuim- en re-integratieprocessen zorgvuldig, effectief en binnen de wettelijke kaders worden uitgevoerd. Tegelijkertijd kijk je verder dan het individuele dossier. Je signaleert trends en risico's, adviseert over preventie en denkt actief mee over hoe we verzuim kunnen voorkomen en duurzame inzetbaarheid kunnen versterken. Je hebt een brede blik op verzuim: van preventie en vroegsignalering tot begeleiding, re-integratie en evaluatie. Vanuit jouw expertise draag je bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van onze visie en ons verzuimbeleid en weet je management en leidinggevenden hierin mee te nemen.

Wat ga je doen? • Je begeleidt en coördineert verzuim- en re-integratietrajecten en bent een stevige sparringpartner voor leidinggevenden en HR. • Je bewaakt de voortgang en naleving van de wettelijke kaders, waaronder de Wet verbetering poortwachter. • Je werkt nauw samen met bedrijfsartsen, arbodiensten, verzekeraars en andere externe partners. • Je adviseert leidinggevenden en management over verzuim, inzetbaarheid, preventie en complexe casuïstiek. • Je signaleert ontwikkelingen, trends en risico's op het gebied van verzuim en vertaalt deze naar concrete adviezen en verbeteracties. • Je levert analyses en rapportages waarmee je inzicht geeft in verzuimcijfers, oorzaken,
