The posting

Als hr coördinator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de operationele hr-taken binnen de organisatie. Je werkt 32 uur per week, verdeeld over vier dagen. Er liggen volop kansen om jezelf binnen hr verder te ontwikkelen, want je gaat aan de slag in een zelfstandige functie. Je ondersteunt het management, maar je hoeft geen beleid te maken. De functie is voor langere tijd en biedt veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief en groei.

Je start je werkdag met het doornemen van de personeelsadministratie en het verwerken van mutaties in het salarissysteem. Vervolgens houd je je bezig met het beheer van het wagenpark en de mobiliteitsadministratie. Gedurende de dag komen er vragen binnen van collega’s over arbeidsvoorwaarden, ziekteverzuim en cao’s. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle dossiers up-to-date blijven en schakelt regelmatig met het management voor de voortgang. Je werkt nauwkeurig en weet goed het overzicht te bewaren, ook als er ad hoc zaken tussendoor komen.
