Jouw uitdaging

Jij bent de verbindende schakel tussen bedrijven die talent zoeken en kandidaten die klaar zijn voor een nieuwe stap.

Je combineert rekrutering, klantencontact en commerciële ontwikkeling in een veelzijdige functie waarin geen enkele dag dezelfde is.

Concreet:

  • Talent spotten: je zoekt actief naar geschikte kandidaten, voert gesprekken en begeleidt hen naar hun volgende job.
  • Relaties bouwen: je onderhoudt warme contacten met bestaande klanten en leert hun personeelsbehoeften écht kennen.
  • Commerciële kansen grijpen: je prospecteert, legt nieuwe contacten en bouwt mee aan een sterke klantenportefeuille.
  • De juiste match maken: je brengt mensen en bedrijven samen en volgt kandidaten ook na hun opstart op.
  • Alles in goede banen leiden: je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging.
  • Resultaten boeken: je werkt doelgericht, neemt initiatief en haalt voldoening uit jouw successen.

Wie ben jij?

We zoeken geen wandelende HR-encyclopedie, maar vooral een gedreven persoonlijkheid met goesting!

  • Je bent sociaal, spontaan en communicatief sterk.
  • Je hebt commerciële feeling en durft nieuwe contacten te leggen.
  • Je schakelt snel, houdt van afwisseling en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht, zonder de menselijke kant uit het oog te verliezen.
  • Je werkt graag samen en draagt bij aan een positieve teamsfeer.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands. Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring in de uitzendsector, rekrutering of een commerciële functie is mooi meegenomen. Maar ook met een flinke dosis motivatie en leergierigheid kun je ons overtuigen!
