Jobomschrijving

Als HR Consultant voor onze studentencel kom je terecht in een dynamische en volume-gedreven omgeving waar geen enkele dag dezelfde is. Je combineert rekrutering met planning en administratieve opvolging en bent een cruciale schakel tussen klanten, kandidaten en interne tools.

Wat ga je doen?

Je staat in voor de planning van uitzendkrachten, in functie van klantenvragen (dagelijks, maandelijks, ad hoc en verlengingen).

Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging:

  • Opstart en opvolging van Dimona’s
  • Beheer van personeelsdossiers
  • Opvolging van planningen, bezettingsgraad, fill rate en KPI’s
  • Verwerking van medische vragenlijsten en werkpostfiches

Je rekruteert voornamelijk volumeprofielen (retail, administratief, call, arbeiders):

  • Je focust op beschikbaarheid, attitude en flexibiliteit
  • Je voert gerichte gesprekken en organiseert infosessies
  • Voor meer specifieke profielen ga je dieper in op competenties en motivatie

Je onderhoudt intensief telefonisch contact met zowel klanten als kandidaten.

Je volgt klantenvragen op en zorgt voor een vlotte en transparante communicatie.

Je schakelt snel in een omgeving waar het tempo hoog ligt en prioriteiten continu wijzigen.

De functie bestaat uit een +/- 50/50-verdeling tussen rekrutering en planning/administratie.

Je bent iemand die energie krijgt van afwisseling, snelheid en mensencontact. Je houdt van volume, schakelt vlot en blijft rustig in een omgeving die constant in beweging is.

  • Flexibel en sterk in aanpassen aan verandering
  • Communicatief, klantgericht en transparant
  • Praktisch ingesteld en niet bang van een minder gestructureerde omgeving
  • Positief, open-minded en leergierig

Jij brengt mee:

  • Een goede kennis van Nederlands en Frans
  • Sterke digitale vaardigheden en vlotte omgang met tools en systemen
  • Interesse in rekrutering, planning en administratieve opvolging
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit: je denkt in oplossingen en schakelt snel
