In deze dynamische omgeving ben jij het vaste aanspreekpunt voor zowel flexmedewerkers als de klant. Geen dag is hetzelfde: de ene dag begeleid je nieuwe medewerkers, de andere dag los je HR-vraagstukken op en stem je de personeelsplanning af. Juist die afwisseling, verantwoordelijkheid en het directe contact met mensen maken deze functie zo leuk. Je speelt namelijk een belangrijke rol in het verbinden van talent met kansen en zorgt ervoor dat zowel klanten als flexkrachten tevreden zijn. Met jouw empathische en proactieve aanpak draag je bij aan een efficiënte personeelsplanning, ondersteun je flexkrachten in hun ontwikkeling en onderhoud je sterke relaties met klanten. Je werkt zelfstandig bij de klant, maar hebt een hecht team van collega's op afstand waarmee je regelmatig overlegt. Wat je gaat doen als HR-consultant: - Plannen: zorgen voor een efficiënte personeelsplanning die aansluit bij de behoeften van klanten en flexmedewerkers. - Begeleiden: ondersteunen van flexmedewerkers in hun professionele ontwikkeling en hen begeleiden tijdens hun eerste werkdag - Communiceren: onderhouden van contact met klanten en flexkrachten via e-mail, telefoon en persoonlijke gesprekken - Werven: actief zoeken naar nieuwe kandidaten, sollicitatiegesprekken voeren en nieuwe medewerkers introduceren bij klanten - Evalueren: voorbereiden en uitvoeren van functioneringsgesprekken om prestaties en ontwikkeling te bespreken Wat we je bieden - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2.700,- en € 3.120,-, passend bij jouw ervaring. - 20 vakantiedagen en 8%...
