Wil jij niet gewoon in een bestaand uitzendkantoor terechtkomen, maar mee bouwen aan iets nieuws? Voor de verdere uitbouw van ons kantoor in Oudsbergen zoeken we een gedreven HR Consultant die energie krijgt van rekrutering, klantencontact en commerciële groei.

Bij Flexer krijg je geen functie waarin je enkel vacatures opvolgt die vanzelf binnenkomen. Je gaat actief op zoek naar kandidaten, bouwt relaties op met bedrijven in de regio en denkt mee na over hoe we ons kantoor verder op de kaart zetten.

Kortom: je krijgt de kans om mee te bouwen aan de groei van Flexer Maasland.

Over Flexer Flexer is een challenger binnen de uitzendsector. We houden van korte lijnen, duidelijke communicatie en mensen die initiatief nemen. Geen eindeloze procedures of afwachten tot iemand zegt wat je moet doen. Wel verantwoordelijkheid krijgen, kansen zien en ermee aan de slag gaan.

Onze klanten rekenen op ons om hen te helpen in hun zoektocht naar talent. Als HR Consultant zorg jij ervoor dat kandidaten en bedrijven elkaar vinden én dat ze bij Flexer graag blijven terugkomen.

Wat ga je doen? Je krijgt een brede rol waarin rekrutering, klantencontact en commercieel denken samenkomen. Concreet betekent dit dat je:

  • actief kandidaten zoekt via onder andere VDAB, Indeed, onze eigen database en andere sourcingkanalen;
  • sollicitanten screent en diepgaande gesprekken voert om hun ervaring, motivatie en verwachtingen te begrijpen;
  • samen met behulp van AI aantrekkelijke en doelgroepgerichte vacatureteksten opstelt;
  • kandidaten begeleidt van het eerste contact tot hun effectieve opstart;
  • regelmatig contact houdt met bestaande klanten en goed begrijpt welke profielen zij zoeken;
  • opportuniteiten bij klanten detecteert en hier commercieel op inspeelt;
  • duurzame relaties uitbouwt met zowel klanten als kandidaten;
  • actief meedenkt over hoe we Flexer verder kunnen laten groeien in de regio Oudsbergen en Maasland.
  • Je zit dus niet de hele dag achter je computer. Je belt, spreekt kandidaten, bezoekt klanten, zoekt actief naar talent en krijgt energie van resultaat.

Wie zoeken we? We zoeken vooral iemand met drive, commerciële feeling en verantwoordelijkheidszin.

Je hoeft niet noodzakelijk jarenlang ervaring te hebben binnen de uitzendsector. Ervaring binnen recruitment, sales, HR of dienstverlening is uiteraard een sterke troef. We vinden het vooral belangrijk dat je:

  • graag met mensen werkt en gemakkelijk contact legt;
  • 2-5 jaar ervaring binnen de uitzendsector.
  • commercieel ingesteld bent en opportuniteiten durft vastpakken;
  • niet afgeschrikt wordt door targets, maar er net motivatie uit haalt;
  • initiatief neemt en niet wacht tot werk naar jou toe komt;
  • enthousiast wordt van actieve sourcing en kandidaten zelf benaderen;
  • communicatief sterk bent, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
  • georganiseerd kan werken en verschillende vacatures en klanten tegelijk kan opvolgen;
  • graag verantwoordelijkheid krijgt en mee wil bouwen aan een groeiend kantoor;
  • positief en oplossingsgericht in het leven staat.

Ervaring als HR Consultant, Recruitment Consultant, Recruiter of Account Consultant binnen de uitzendsector is een mooie plus, maar geen absolute vereiste.
