Voor een toonaangevende organisatie in de regio Midden-Limburg zijn wij exclusief op zoek naar een HR Consultant. In deze veelzijdige functie ben je een belangrijke gesprekspartner voor zowel management als medewerkers en draag je actief bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de organisatie. Je werkt samen met een professioneel HR-team en bent verantwoordelijk voor het adviseren, ondersteunen en verder ontwikkelen van HR binnen jouw aandachtsgebied. Daarbij combineer je een sterke organisatiesensitiviteit met een oprechte interesse in mensen. Wat ga je doen? Als HR Consultant ben je een volwaardige gesprekspartner voor het management en medewerkers. Je beweegt je gemakkelijk tussen operationele vraagstukken en meer strategische HR-thema's. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Adviseren van management en medewerkers over uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken; - Actief bijdragen aan organisatieontwikkeling en verandertrajecten; - Meedenken over groei, ontwikkeling en efficiëntere HR-processen; - Ondersteunen bij recruitment, selectie en het aantrekken van talent; - Ontwikkelen en implementeren van HR-beleid en -strategieën; - Signaleren van ontwikkelingen binnen de organisatie en hier proactief op inspelen; - Initiëren en begeleiden van HR-projecten, bijvoorbeeld op het gebied van talentontwikkeling; - Bijdragen aan een toekomstbestendige en professionele HR-organisatie.
