Samen met twee collega HR-Consultants ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het stroomlijnen en organiseren van het HR-beleid binnen onze organisatie. Je bent een vertrouwde partner voor zowel het management als onze medewerkers en fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt voor organisatieadvies, personele- en ontwikkelingsvraagstukken. Met jouw deskundigheid zorg je ervoor dat medewerkers zich optimaal kunnen ontwikkelen en op de juiste plek terechtkomen. Wat ga je doen? - Je speelt een actieve rol in organisatieontwikkeling op verschillende niveaus en denkt mee over groei, innovatie en efficiëntie; - Je adviseert het management met oog voor zowel de mens als het organisatiebelang; - Je ondersteunt bij het aantrekken en selecteren van de juiste talenten; - Je ontwikkelt en implementeert HR-strategieën die bijdragen aan een toekomstbestendige organisatie; - Je leidt of bent betrokken bij HR-projecten, zoals het doorontwikkelen van talentmanagement binnen de organisatie. Vereisten Wie ben jij? - Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde HBO-opleiding en minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in Human Resources; - Je hebt kennis van HR-processen en relevante wet- en regelgeving; - Je bent een teamspeler met een proactieve houding en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden; - Je hebt organisatiesensitiviteit en herkent zowel zichtbare als onzichtbare dynamieken binnen een organisatie; - Je functioneert goed in een dynamische omgeving en schakelt snel tussen diverse werkzaamheden; - Je bent daadkrachtig en behoudt overzicht in complexe situaties; - Je kunt creatief en flexibel nadenken en bent oplossingsgericht; - Je kunt je uitstekend...
