YOUR JOB

Als HR consultant met generalistische ervaring kan je ingezet worden op generalistische projecten of binnen een bepaalde expertisedomein.

  • Je werkt mee aan een vlotte en efficiënte selectie- en rekruteringsprocedure om nieuw talent aan boord te halen, waarbij je mogelijk gebruik maakt van tools zoals een ATS-systeem of HR Chatbot om het proces te versterken.
  • Je ondersteunt en begeleidt medewerkers in hun groei door training en ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden te bieden, met een sterke focus op employee wellness en veerkracht.
  • Je waakt over een foutloze loon- en personeelsadministratie en werkt met systemen zoals Workday, SAP, Peoplesoft, Oracle, Eblox of Protime.
  • Wij bieden projecten aan bij internationale klanten verspreid over heel Vlaanderen, bijvoorbeeld in Puurs, Mechelen, Kontich, Vilvoorde, Asse of Leuven. Hierbij wordt rekening gehouden met de regio waarin jij woonachtig bent.

YOUR SKILLS

Must have

  • Je kan je goed uitdrukken in het Nederlands, Frans is een mooie plus.
  • Graduaat, bachelor of master in een HR gerelateerde richting of gelijkwaardig door relevante HR ervaring.
  • Basis van bepaalde HR software pakketten.

Nice to have

  • Je bent up to date met de nieuwste digitale tools die jouw rekrutering skills naar een hoger niveau tillen.
  • Je bent leergierig, flexibel en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een vlotte, empathische houding.
  • Zin om je snel in te werken in nieuwe sectoren en omgevingen.
  • Teamspeler met een hands-on mentaliteit en oog voor detail.
  • Creativiteit in het bedenken van rekruteringstrategieën met een focus op diversiteit en inclusie.

YOUR SKILLS

Jij hebt een hart voor human resources, dat merkt iedereen aan de gedrevenheid en het enthousiasme die jij elke dag meebrengt naar de werkvloer. Die passie voor je vak ontdekte je tijdens je Bachelor of Master. Je hebt al een eerste stage of werkervaring opgedaan binnen HR. Verder kun je je goed uitdrukken in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels en heb je de basics van bepaalde HR software pakketten onder de knie. Daarnaast blijf je graag up-to-date in alle actuele HR materie.
