We zoeken iemand die enthousiast, sociaal en ondernemend is. Iemand die graag babbelt, connecteert, meedenkt en energie krijgt van een dag waarop er véél gebeurt.

Bij Job Talent krijg je de unieke kans om mee aan de basis te staan van de uitbouw van een nieuw kantoor in Antwerpen. Tijdens je eerste maanden volg je een uitgebreide onboarding en opleiding vanuit ons kantoor in Rumst en/of een ander kantoor binnen de regio. Zo leer je onze werkwijze, systemen, klanten en collega's grondig kennen. Nadien zet je mee je schouders onder de verdere groei van ons nieuwe kantoor in Antwerpen.

Je staat er uiteraard niet alleen voor. Je kan rekenen op de ondersteuning van ervaren collega's, een sterke organisatie en een Business Manager die samen met jou bouwt aan een succesvol kantoor.

Jouw job?

Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je bent de ene dag op zoek naar de ideale kandidaat, de volgende dag zit je bij een klant en tussendoor zorg je ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt.

  • Je zoekt en spreekt kandidaten en ontdekt waar zij naar op zoek zijn.
  • Je voert sollicitatiegesprekken en maakt de juiste match.
  • Je volgt kandidaten en uitzendkrachten persoonlijk op.
  • Je onderhoudt contact met klanten en begrijpt wat zij nodig hebben.
  • Je zoekt oplossingen wanneer een vacature moeilijk ingevuld raakt.
  • Je helpt mee aan de verdere uitbouw van het klantenbestand in Antwerpen en omgeving.
  • Je bouwt duurzame relaties op met klanten, kandidaten en uitzendkrachten.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte administratie en opvolging.
  • Je leert alles over interim, HR en sociale wetgeving.
  • En vooral: je bent een aanspreekpunt waar klanten, kandidaten én collega's op kunnen rekenen.
  • Sociaal en vlot in de omgang.
  • Communicatief sterk en niet bang om de telefoon te nemen.
  • Georganiseerd, maar kan ook snel schakelen.
  • Positief en enthousiast.
  • Commercieel ingesteld en denkt graag in oplossingen.
  • Ondernemend en gemotiveerd om mee te bouwen aan een nieuw kantoor.
  • Iemand die graag samenwerkt en energie krijgt van een team.
