Jobomschrijving

Ben jij commercieel ingesteld en krijg je energie van mensen en klanten? Dan is deze job als HR Consultant bij Start People iets voor jou!

Als HR consultant 'OFFICE" ben je de verbindende schakel tussen kandidaten en klanten. Je gaat actief op zoek naar geschikte kandidaten voor uiteenlopende vacatures binnen het bediende segment: administratief medewerker, customer service medewerker, logistiek bediende, receptioniste,...

Je bouwt je eigen kandidaten op en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste kandidaat op de juiste plaats terechtkomt.Je begeleidt kandidaten van de eerste telefonische screening tot hun opstart en onderhoudt ondertussen nauw contact met je klanten.

Je taken zijn onder andere:

  • Kandidaten zoeken, screenen en interviewen;
  • Kandidaten voorstellen aan verschillende klanten;
  • Je eigen planning, pipeline en prestaties beheren;
  • Klantencontact onderhouden en relaties verder uitbouwen;
  • Samenwerken met collega's en dagelijks de prioriteiten afstemmen;
  • Op termijn actief deelnemen aan klantenbezoeken en prospectie.

Je werkt binnen een hecht en dynamisch team, waarbij iedereen een eigen focus heeft, maar je tegelijk breed wordt ingezet. Geen dag is dus hetzelfde!

We zoeken vooral iemand met goesting, durf en commerciële flair!

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een bachelordenkniveau;
  • Je spreekt en schrijft zeer goed Nederlands;
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en voelt je comfortabel in klantencontact;
  • Je bent niet bang om de telefoon te nemen en initiatief te tonen;
  • Je bent flexibel en verplaatst je vlot tussen verschillende locaties (Antwerpen - Kapellen & Mechelen)
  • Je hebt interesse in recruitment en sales;
  • Kennis van Frans en Engels is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must.
