Jouw rol als HR-Consultant:

  • Jij bent de onmisbare schakel tussen klant en kandidaat.
  • Je zoekt actief naar talent, denkt out-of-the-box en brengt profielen scherp in kaart.
  • Je koppelt kandidaten aan vacatures op basis van skills, persoonlijkheid en ervaring.
  • Je overtuigt klanten van jouw match en begeleidt het proces van A tot Z.
  • Je bouwt duurzame relaties op met klanten en kandidaten.
