Als HR Consultant ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige recruitmentproces. Je gaat actief op zoek naar geschikte kandidaten, begeleidt hen tijdens hun zoektocht naar een nieuwe uitdaging en onderhoudt contacten met klanten.

Je krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket waarin recruitment, klantencontact en commerciële activiteiten samenkomen. Heb je nog geen ervaring? Dan leer je het vak stap voor stap binnen een ervaren team. Heb je wel ervaring? Dan krijg je de ruimte om die expertise meteen in te zetten en verder uit te bouwen.

Jouw taken

  • Actief zoeken naar geschikte kandidaten via verschillende rekruteringskanalen
  • Kandidaten screenen en telefonisch of persoonlijk interviewen
  • Kandidaten begeleiden tijdens het volledige sollicitatieproces
  • Vacatures opmaken en publiceren via verschillende kanalen
  • Vacatures en recruitmentnoden bespreken met klanten
  • Kandidaten voorstellen aan klanten en feedback opvolgen
  • Klanten ondersteunen bij hun zoektocht naar geschikte medewerkers
  • Contact onderhouden met kandidaten en klanten
  • Kandidaten en vacatures actief opvolgen in de verschillende systemen
  • Meedenken over de beste aanpak om vacatures succesvol in te vullen
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame klantenrelaties
  • Meewerken aan commerciële acties en de verdere uitbouw van het kantoor
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in HR, recruitment en mensen.
  • Ervaring binnen HR, recruitment of een commerciële omgeving is een plus, maar geen must.
  • Je bent sociaal, communicatief en enthousiast.
  • Je bent leergierig en staat open om nieuwe zaken bij te leren.
  • Je neemt graag initiatief en kan zelfstandig werken.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld of hebt interesse om hierin te groeien.
  • Je houdt ervan om met verschillende mensen te werken.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen ITZU.
