Wie ben jij?

Je bent een gedreven professional met een passie voor mensen, HR en een commerciële drive.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in een business-, commerciële of HR-richting. Heb je geen diploma, maar wel relevante ervaring binnen HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, payroll of sales? Dan maken we ook graag kennis.
  • Je kijkt verder dan een cv, luistert naar mensen en ontdekt wat hen écht motiveert.
  • Je combineert empathie met een commerciële ingesteldheid en weet kandidaten en klanten met elkaar te verbinden.
  • Je houdt het hoofd koel op drukke momenten, neemt initiatief en staat stevig in je schoenen.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig, leergierig en brengt een gezonde dosis enthousiasme mee.
  • Een basiskennis Frans is mooi meegenomen om ook Franstalige kandidaten optimaal te kunnen begeleiden.
