Jobomschrijving

Als Recruiter / HR Consultant ben jij de schakel tussen onze klant DHL en kandidaten. Je begeleidt het volledige rekruteringsproces van A tot Z en bent een vast aanspreekpunt voor zowel kandidaten, uitzendkrachten als leidinggevenden.

Klantencontact

  • Je detecteert de personeelsnoden van de klant en bouwt een duurzame samenwerking uit.
  • Je ondersteunt klanten bij de planning van uitzendkrachten en denkt proactief mee.
  • Je leidt klantenmeetings en onderhoudt een nauw contact met klanten.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor uitzendkrachten en beantwoordt vragen, onder andere over loon en praktische zaken.
  • Je voert check-in gesprekken om de samenwerking op te volgen en de tevredenheid van medewerkers te bewaken.
  • Je voert verzuimgesprekken op een professionele en respectvolle manier.

Rekrutering

  • Je gaat actief op zoek naar geschikte kandidaten en benadert hen proactief.
  • Je screent kandidaten op basis van hun hard skills en soft skills.
  • Je neemt samen met leidinggevenden interviews af voor zowel arbeiders als bedienden.
  • Je geeft rondleidingen en infosessies aan kandidaten.
  • Je begeleidt kandidaten gedurende het volledige rekruteringsproces en zorgt voor een vlotte onboarding.

Administratie

  • Je volgt het volledige rekruteringsproces administratief op van A tot Z.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat elk dossier correct en volledig wordt verwerkt.
  • Je registreert verzuimgesprekken correct.
  • Je bewaakt een nauwkeurige en correcte administratie zodat alle dossiers steeds up-to-date zijn.
  • Op maandag en vrijdag werk je van 8u30 tot 17u vanuit het Start People kantoor op Brucargo.
  • Op dinsdag, woensdag en donderdag heb je vaste permanentiedagen met het team en ben jij van 15u tot 23u dé HR-partner op locatie bij jouw klant DHL in Steenokkerzeel. De permanentie is een bewust ingepland moment waarop extra aandacht uitgaat naar retentiegesprekken, verzuimgesprekken en infosessies. De andere dagen ligt de focus meer op rekrutering.
