Jouw energie Als HR Consultant realiseer je structurele oplossingen en implementaties van HR vraagstukken in de business of vanuit een HR expertise gebied. Je bent in staat om sturing te geven aan multidisciplinaire teams en streeft naar optimalisatie van de waarde die met jouw product gerealiseerd kan worden. Je bent goed in stakeholdermanagement en fungeert als sparringpartner van MT leden, HRBP en HR experts. Zo werk jij aan de energie van vandaag én morgen; - Realisatie van geoptimaliseerde en geüniformeerde HR producten en processen. - Invulling kunnen geven aan de rol van Product Owner voor o.a. thema's zoals Werven, Opleiden en Behouden, Strategische Personeel Planning...
