Je manager begeleidt je doorheen dit traject en voert regelmatig onboardinggesprekken met jou.

Want jij verbindt bedrijven, kandidaat-werkzoekenden en kansen - jij bent de schakel binnen Actief.

  • De telefoon is je belangrijkste werkmiddel. Je gaat actief op zoek naar kandidaten, zowel in interne als externe databanken.
  • Je doet een diepgaande screening van deze kandidaten en stelt hen (pro)actief voor bij klanten en potentiële klanten.
  • Dankzij je overtuigingskracht, kan de kandidaat aan de slag bij het bedrijf.
  • Je vult het werkgeverschap correct in door het opmaken van de contracten, het actief informeren van de uitzendkrachten en het correct verwerken van de verloning.
  • Je gaat actief op zoek naar alle vacatures in jouw regio, zodat je steeds de beste opportuniteiten voor je kandidaten hebt.

We verwachten dat je een waardige HR-partner bent voor onze uitzendkrachten en klanten.

Daarom vragen we dat je over een bachelor denkniveau beschikt, aangetoond via een relevant diploma of gelijkwaardige werkervaring.
