In deze rol combineer je jouw passie voor techniek met jouw talent voor mensgerichte rekrutering. Je wordt dé schakel tussen onze technische klanten en high-level technische specialisten op de arbeidsmarkt.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Op innovatieve wijze technische profielen aantrekken via targeted sourcing, job boards, sociale media en nicheplatformen.
  • Begeleiden van het volledige selectieproces: van diepgaande intakegesprekken met de klant tot gestructureerde interviews en technische assessments met kandidaten.
  • In kaart brengen van technische competenties en soft skills via testen en referentiechecks.
  • Adviseren van klanten over het aantrekken van schaarse technische profielen, het herkennen van potentieel en het optimaliseren van hun employer branding.
  • Actief uitbouwen en onderhouden van een netwerk van technische professionals en bedrijven.
  • Nauw samenwerken met collega’s uit HR Advisory en Projectsourcing om klanten volledig te ondersteunen.
  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in een technische of HR-richting.
  • Affiniteit met technische sectoren zoals engineering, industrie, productie of R&D.
  • Gedreven, leergierig en veerkrachtig: je ziet uitdagingen als kansen.
  • Communicatief sterk, zowel naar klanten als kandidaten.
  • Resultaatgericht, gestructureerd en in staat meerdere processen tegelijk te managen.
  • Je hebt ervaring in recruitment of in een commerciële/technische functie en met het sourcen via Linkedin.
