The posting

Als HR-consultant voor de Europese Commissie kun je een breed scala aan gevarieerde taken binnen HR verwachten.

- Je werkt voor Randstad als de contactpersoon voor de Europese Commissie.

- Je staat voornamelijk in contact met internationale kandidaten die op zoek zijn naar een job in België.

- Het betreft uiteenlopende ‘white-collar’ vacatures (administratief, financieel, juridisch, enz.).

- We screenen en plaatsen ongeveer 500 mensen per week aan het werk.

- Vooruitdenken is essentieel: je bouwt een talentpool op om toekomstige vacatures proactief in te vullen.

- Alles gebeurt in een omgeving waar naleving van regels en procedures cruciaal is. Daarom ben je administratief sterk en hou je ervan dat alles tot in de puntjes in orde is.

- Je voert diepgaande interviews met je kandidaten en je contactpersonen.

- Je hoofdzetel is in Brussel (Munt). Wekelijks vindt er een teammeeting plaats met de manager in het hoofdkantoor in Strombeek-Bever. Op de andere dagen kan je aanwezigheid op kantoor in overleg met je twee collega-consultants worden besproken. Dit kan ook op een andere locatie zijn. Je werkt dus minimaal twee dagen per week op kantoor samen met je collega’s. - Je spreekt vloeiend Frans en Engels en hebt een basiskennis van het Nederlands.

- Je hebt een natuurlijk communicatietalent, je houdt ervan om je netwerk uit te bouwen en in teamverband te werken.

- Je bent oplossingsgericht en vindt het leuk om samen met collega’s van de hoofdzetel (Legal, Invoicing, Credit, ...) complexe problemen op te lossen.

- Je vertegenwoordigt onze waarden bij deze strategische klant: dienen, kennen en vertrouwen, terwijl je de belangen van alle betrokken partijen bewaakt.

- Dankzij je creativiteit en proactiviteit weet je je prioriteiten te stellen en zo je doelen te bereiken.

- Je stressbestendigheid stelt je in staat om grote aantallen kandidaten te beheren en te werken binnen strakke deadlines.
